SenMate – Terms of Use

Welcome to SenMate. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the SenMate mobile application (“App”, “Service”), provided by us (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue using the App immediately.


1. About the App

SenMate is an AI-powered wellbeing and daily-support application offering conversations with an AI assistant, brain exercises, articles, audio content, and wellness tools. The App is designed for general informational and wellbeing purposes.

SenMate does not require you to register or provide personal information. You do not need an email, password, photo, username, or any personal details.

The App automatically creates an anonymous Firebase Authentication ID that contains no personal data. This identifier is used only:

9. Intellectual Property

All content, including text, graphics, audio, video, features, and AI-generated materials, is owned by the Company or licensed to us. You may not copy, redistribute, modify, or use any content in a way not permitted by these Terms.


10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if we determine your use violates these Terms or applicable law. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device.


11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the App and all content are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis without warranties of any kind.

IN NO EVENT WILL WE, OUR DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR USE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING TO THE CONTRARY, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID (IF ANY) FOR THE APP IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE, OR (B) ZERO (0) U.S. DOLLARS.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion of certain damages. If these laws apply to you, some limitations may not apply.


12. Disclaimer of Warranties

We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or accurate. Use of the App is at your own risk.


13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of your country or region of residence, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.


14. Changes to These Terms

We may update or modify these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be posted at:

Your continued use of the App following changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

You may use SenMate only for lawful and intended purposes. By using the App, you agree not to engage in any of the following activities, which are strictly prohibited:
